Graduation Requirements

The College awards the B.Th., Dip.Th., & C.Th. degrees to qualified students who are recommended by the faculty. In order to qualify for the degree, you must complete the following:

Accounts balances due must be cleared the month prior to graduation in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.


College Convocation Ceremony

Only students who have completed all degree requirements can march in the convocation ceremony. This includes students on leave of absence.

All students who wish to participate must pay the Graduation Fee.


Withdrawal

Withdrawal - Voluntary

Any student desiring to withdraw from the college should notify the Principal and the Dean and submit a request for formal withdrawal from the college.

With the Principal's approval, the student will be given a final grade of WP (withdrawal with passing) except for courses where the student has failed or has incomplete work. The student would then receive a final grade of WF (withdraw with failing).

A student who fails to notify the Principal and Registrar to receive approval for withdrawal will receive an automatic final grade of WF in all classes. The college reserves the right to request the withdrawal of students whose conduct is deemed inconsistent with the standards of the college. All such students must have the approval of the Principal to re-enter school.

Students who decide to return to the College after being withdrawn must apply for readmission. Bethel Faith Spark Bible College is not obliged to approve student readmission's. Students who are readmitted are expected to complete their studies without further interruption.

Withdrawal – Involuntary

Students who fail to return to good standing after a semester of academic probation will be withdrawn from Bethel Faith Spark Bible College and banned from further registration. At the time of withdrawal, students are advised of the conditions under which they may resume their studies in the college. A student who has been withdrawn twice for academic reasons is not eligible to apply for a second readmission.

Students who fail to meet with the Dean of students & the Principal to formally request leave, will be withdrawn from the college and must apply for readmission. The College is not obliged to approve student re-admissions. Students who are readmitted are expected to complete their studies without further interruption.

Students may be withdrawn from the college because of financial or administrative restrictions.

Restrictions may result from a student’s failure to fulfill financial obligations to Bethel Faith Spark Bible College or to comply with College rules and regulations. Whenever possible, students are warned of an impending restriction and are notified when one has been imposed. In order to resume studies in subsequent semesters, students need to clear the restriction with the administrative office.
